Stamatina Passalidou was born and raised in Thessaloniki.

She specialised in Endodontics (Master of Science) at the Department of Endodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, University of Ghent, Belgium.

During her postgraduate studies and afterwards, she worked in major clinics in Antwerp and Brussels.

As a Military Surgeon Dentist - Naval Officer, he has practiced General Dentistry in a variety of health services, gaining valuable experience.
